Pathways Program

Finding employment after incarceration can be challenging. Navigating job applications, interviews, housing, transportation, technology, and the many demands of daily life can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re trying to rebuild stability and create a new future.

Our Employment Support Program provides individualized support designed to help people move toward meaningful employment and long-term success in the community.

Rather than a one-size-fits-all program, we work alongside participants to understand their strengths, goals, barriers, and aspirations. Together, we develop a plan that focuses on employment readiness, practical problem-solving, and building the confidence needed to succeed.

  • Employment planning and job readiness
  • Resume development and interview preparation
  • Goal setting and action planning
  • Referrals to housing, health, and community services
  • Assistance navigating technology and online applications
  • Ongoing encouragement, coaching, and accountability
  • Access to work experience and employment opportunities through our social enterprise and employer partners

Participants receive regular check-ins and tailored support while pursuing employment, training, and other personal goals. Our approach recognizes that employment is often just one piece of a larger journey toward stability.

Whether you’re looking for your first job after release, building confidence, or working through barriers to employment, we’re here to help.
